  • Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

  • We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer in submitted content.

  • All products go through 2–3 rounds of quality checks before dispatch.

  • We use high-quality materials to ensure durability, long-lasting prints, and premium finishing.

  • Minor variations in handcrafted/custom products are not considered defects.

 

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹).

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Customized products require processing time of 2-6 business days].

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier services.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

 

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Customized Products

Customized items (plaques, keychains, lamps, phone covers) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless received damaged or defective.

Damaged/Incorrect Orders

  • Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • A clear unboxing video is required as proof for damage claims.

  • Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.
